Evaluating a purchase

Look at the proposed purchase with open eyes.  Ask yourself some questions about the property, eg the final cost including any hidden extras like yearly rates, electricity, water, taxes, bank fees and maintenance; the current valuation of the land and building; the estimated resale in five to ten years.  There is so much more in my book to put your mind at rest before making a final decision.
