Equity minimises the loan

Borrowing to buy is a continuing topic on the News and today i got to listen to Emma Griffiths on ABC Radio AM612  talking about the bad news from the Big 4 Banks; finance now being rejected because of the size of the loan. This makes me want to speak to young people about #aplan so when it comes time to buy there will be sufficient equity because of #aplan put in place early.
