Rewards for patience

To day I am still remembering clearly the vision of the 1960's and the subsequent journey of watching how real estate progresses, particularly while waiting for infrastructure, like water, roads and schools to be put in place to cope with the demand as our population increases.  The first twenty years seemed a long time waiting patiently for an appropriate time to sell; however, the longer the journey takes the more rewards. My Facebook page will show the whole story including pictures.  These two pictures make a good point.  The TV cost as much as the land in 1964. It is now unbelievable to even compare the value.  My advice is, the sooner one starts the easier it is to join the market at an affordable price.
