Over the years

Over the years I have come across a lot of people from various backgrounds.  At first, I noticed I would reflect on some of these people and want to find out "what makes them tick"!  As I started to understand certain personally there were similar traits that became obvious.  This took me to another level in knowing who to believe and listen too!  Pause for a minute, and think of people you would like to follow and model because you admire their demeanour.  Their confidence and assurance.
