• What will your return on investment be over ten years, less expenses?
• What will be the estimated value of the property in ten, twenty or thirty years?
• Most people have to pay rent and compare that to the repayments when purchasing your own home.

Take your time, and don't be rushed. Don't make a decision until you are satisfied with the price, the value, the pressure or work involved, as well as the ability to repay the financial commitment.
