Feeling confident to take an extra step

Think of people you would like to follow and model because you admire their demean our.  In a broader sense you like their style and their mannerisms; the way they manage their job, their responsibilities and so on. I have listed in Chapter 14 the attributes of successful people.  There are many aspects that can be worked on to give growth and development, eg. character, endurance, faith, wisdom, trust, principles, communication and codes of behaviour.  If you could think of it as like building a road map to follow when times are challanging. Kahilil Gilbran said "mental attitude is more important than mental capacity".
